The element FRPLAN governs the frequency planning and interference prediction of a complete network, inclusive the influence of passive repeaters on the interference. The hops included in the network may operate in different r.f. bands, utilizing different fre-quency-channel arrangements, and/or different RL equipment. The channel arrange-ment can be either ITU-R recommended channel plans or own.
